About Author

Dr. Athing Ningshen is an Assistant Director of research and innovation at the Mamta Health Institute for Mother & Child in New Delhi. He holds a Ph.D. (2012) in Social Work from Bharati Vidyapeeth University and completed a Post-Doctorate (2015) at the Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR). With extensive experience in academia and research projects, he has contributed as a Guest Lecturer, undertaken significant research projects, and published 11 research articles in reputable national and international journals.

Ningson Primrose, Assistant Professor in the Department of Anthropology at South East Manipur College, Komlathabi, Chandel, is an accomplished researcher with a UGC minor research project and six published articles in international professional journals. She actively contributes as a Board Member and Advisor to local community organizations, NGOs, and SHGs. Invited as a Resource Person, she participates in workshops, seminars, conferences, and development programs.
