SERVICE CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations are permitted if the service is not initiated. If a request for cancellaton is logged before the commencement of service, a refund will be issued excluding the processing fees. If no cancellation claim is made in the first 15 days of booking the package, only 50% of the amount will be entitled to a refund. If the order is cancelled within 24 hours of placing it, the order will stand cancelled and the full amount paid for the order will be reversed.

PRODUCT CANCELLATION POLICY

If you have received a Product which is defective or does not fit the product description given in the website, you will be entitled to a replacement within 7 days of delivery.
The guarantee does not extend to:
• Damages due to misuse of product or Incidental damage
• Products tampered with or used
• Items that are returned without original packaging.
