Conflict is an inevitable part of any human organization, and the church is no exception. Rather than viewing conflict solely as a challenge, this book explores how it can be understood, managed, and transformed into an opportunity for growth and positive change. It presents a practical model for helping churches navigate conflict constructively and turn difficult situations into meaningful opportunities for transformation. By applying this model, churches and all those involved in them can emerge from conflict stronger, wiser, and better equipped to fulfil their purpose.
