Description
When my sister, Jeridah went to be with the Lord after a long struggle with the cancer of the breast, the LORD impressed upon my heart to share about “His Day” which is so imminent, in a simple and an understandable way, but not from a theological and intricate point of view. Hence, this book is a result of my journaling with God to hear what He had to say to me. Unfortunately the topic of His Day is rarely highlighted from the pulpit today, yet it is the final destiny of all humanity. And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment Heb. 9:27: Rather, what is preached and taught more today, is the sitting pretty like ducks, of many believers in this in this dark world to hear what their itching ears wants to hear and edify their flesh and not what God would have them hear. “For the time will come when they will not listen to the sound doctrine, but, having itching ears, will heap up for themselves teachers after their own lust. 2 Tim. 4:3. By this, many Christians are building their spiritual maturity on wrong foundations that is not obedience and intimacy with Jesus Christ. Though these doctrines may look attractive and lofty, they still remain the wrong foundation for our Christian maturity. And with time, they give in and our Christian maturity becomes stunted or collapses. That is why many in the body of Christ have become exceedingly selfish, ignorant and proud, that this reflects in many of their prayers as they become hypocritical. These obscured prayers centers more on selfishness and wanting, than on finding intimacy with God first, then all other things is be added to them But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well-Matt.6:33. I trust that whoever reads this book will evaluate his or her life regarding their destiny.
