Description
The book is a listening and speaking textbook for non-native learners and speakers of the English language, especially those within the West Africa Examinations Council catchment areas. It comprises of 11 chapters, each of which discusses an aspect spoken English beginning with the speech sounds. At the end of each chapter, there is a trial exercise for users to practice. The book will come with an audio CD which will contain 165 audio files to support the listening and speaking activities from the first to the last chapters.
About the Author
Muniru Fuseini graduated from Tamale College of Education with a Diploma in Basic Education certificate in 2007. He taught the English Language at Galwei Junior High School in the Gushegu District in Ghana from 2007 to 2009, and Manhalia Islamic Junior High School from 2009 to 2014. Between the period of 2008 and 2011, he enrolled to study B. Ed in Basic Education (post-diploma) by distance learning. In 2014, he enrolled again at the University of Education, Winneba to study Bachelor of Arts in English Language Education. After successful completion in 2018, he was reposted by the Ghana Education Service to Business Senior High School in Tamale to teach the English Language.
