Description

Echoes Beyond the Pages explores the literature of African American women writers, highlighting the need for Black women to write their lives as an act of self-definition. It addresses their triple marginalization by race, gender, and class and reveals how they endure discrimination, reclaim identity, and transform personal struggle into collective empowerment. Through resilience and inner strength, these women rise from the margins to confront prejudice and break boundaries, becoming powerful voices of dignity and inspiration for women worldwide.
