‘Echoes of the Mind’ is a collection of short stories that mirror the value systems in modern societies, their triumphs and challenges in the face of moral crisis and other human limitations. The stories have a common theme and motive, aimed at extolling the virtues of hard work, charity, honesty, love and discipline in human relations. In the same vein they expose the negative effects of injustice and evil on the society, as well as the consequences on the wrongdoers. The stories have their primary focus on the youth.
Oluebube Agbedo was born in the metropolitan city of Lagos, Nigeria, and hails from Enugu-Ezike, a town in Eastern Nigeria, West Africa. She holds a BECE Certificate in Sciences and Liberal arts from the National Examination Council of Nigeria. She is a gifted writer and story teller, with diverse interest in creative writing and communication skills. Her debut novel, “LOST BUT FOUND” an inspiring story about life’s tales of triumphs and tribulations, was published by Lambert academic Publishing, Germany. Oluebube is very passionate about girl-child education in her country, Nigeria, and also a strong advocate of youth empowerment.
