Description
‘Fading Light’ is a story book set in tropical Africa (Nigeria) in the final years of the Victorian era. The story revolves around a man who inadvertently slew his own son over jealousy. When he found out the truth it was already late, for the wife took vengeance in the most ruthless way.
About The Author
Chinweike E. Iroka was born in his native town of Awo-Idemiri, where he also grew up. He was baptized at Saint Simon’s Anglican Church, Awo-Idemiri.
He commenced his primary education at Community Primary School Amokwe, Awo-Idemiri in September, 1997; and completed the same at Pioneer Primary School, Edenta, Awo-Idemiri, on the 20th July, 2003. He wrote his JSSCE at Community Secondary School, Awo-Idemiri in 2006; and SSCE at Community Secondary School, Isseke, Anambra State in 2009. He obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Pure Chemistry from Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike in 2013; and a Master’s degree in Physical Chemistry from the same university in 2019.
Chinweike E. Iroka currently has three publications in Physical Chemistry and one in Inorganic Chemistry. He teaches English Language, Mathematics and Chemistry at Alfa Academy International Secondary School, and Amazing Grace High School; both of which are in Umuahia, Abia State, Nigeria.
