About The Author
Dr. Ogutu J.P. Joel is Doctor of Educational Psychology in the School of Education, Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology (MMUST). Dr. Ogutu obtained his M.ED and Ph.D. from MMUST. He has a long experience in teaching courses in psychology including educational measurement and evaluation at the University and conducts research in the same area. His research interests include psychological influence in teaching and learning, student career choices. He has published a number of research papers on these topics and co-authored some in reputable peer reviewed International Journals.
