Description

This is the story of a young girl who lived in Lagos Nigeria with her father and stepmother, with no other care in the world than to excel in school and become successful like one of her role models.

But then war broke out in Nigeria and her whole world turned upside down as she was thrown into a very difficult environment. Nevertheless, even at her young age she was undaunted; with her love for education, and with the help of her aunt, she was able to fight her way out of the situation and eventually achieve all her dreams.
