Victor Olanrewaju Kayode was born in Ondo State of Nigeria, to Mr. Samuel Kolawole Kayode by Mrs. Cecelia Idowu-Kayode. He graduated with Higher National Diploma in Hotel & Catering Management from Ondo State Polytechnic Owo capped with Masters degree in Industrial & Labour Relations from University of Ibadan, Nigeria. He is an accomplished Hospitality & Hotel Consultant, Trainer and Mentor.

The high rate of divorce and turbulent Marriages with few blissful ones made him have keen interest in observing the causes and a careful study worthy of documentation which resulted in this book.

He is married to Benedicta Anikeola Kayode with three grown up children.
