About Author
Abass Suleymana holds a Master of Health Economics and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Ghana and Sikkim Manipal University, respectively, as well as a bachelor’s degree in mathematics education from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana.
He is an alumnus of the School of Public Health, Seoul National University, where he underwent international training on health insurance. Mr. Suleymana has over fifteen (15) years of health insurance experience.
Abass has held several management positions, including Acting Regional Director for the Upper West Region of the National Health Insurance Authority, Ghana. He is married to Rahilu and has two adorable children – Nina and Ayan.
