This book is about the true situation of South African life – The inequalities among different Racial Groups – The crime rate due to poverty created by the previously ‘Apartheid Regime’ – The unfair and unjust system created by the ‘Apartheid System’ – a system that was described as ‘crime against humanity’ by the United Nations – A system that drives the poor and impoverished Africa society into crime and desperation – The failure by the present Government into levelling the playing field among the citizens – as a means to close a gap between the rich and the poor – the white and the previously disadvantaged black majority – A system that always leave the African majority asking themselves: IS IT UHURU or, NOT YET UHURU?

About the Author

Josiah Thobela is the eldest son in the Thobela family of 8 siblings. He was born on 26th December 1955 in Vosloorus – Boksburg – just outside Johannesburg CBD. He attended his High School education at Illinge High School where he completed his Senior Certificate. He was a Chairperson in the School Representative Council where he became active during the 1976 School Boycotts ( Soweto Uprisings )He has a Diploma in Marketing & Sales Management. He has worked for number of major FMCG Companies in South Africa in their Marketing and Sales Division. He is a self- taught writer – He is an aspiring Script Writer & Columnist. This is his first book. He is currently working on his second book.
