Description
The world you are navigating has changed more profoundly than any advice you were given at the start of your career could have anticipated. The structures that once absorbed uncertainty have frayed. The career ladder has quietly collapsed. And the idea of lifelong stability within a single institution is, for most people, already a memory.
YOU INC. offers a different way of seeing yourself — not as an employee waiting to be managed, but as a dynamic enterprise entirely responsible for its own development. Drawing on decades of corporate leadership, teaching, and mentorship, Dr. Bhaskar Das argues that the most resilient response to an unpredictable world is not a better plan. It is a better mindset.
Invest in your capabilities. Stay permanently curious. Never consider yourself finished.
The past has no future. But you do. Build it deliberately.
