The book is a brief review of the damage and catastrophe caused by the ongoing covid-19 pandemic all over the world including our motherland India and how much it is going to impact and affect the global scenario in terms of economy, politics and various other spheres. It has taken a deeper dive into the political and scientific approach of China regarding the outbreak of this viral disease and has questioned the role of the powerful and scientifically advanced countries to curb the menace known as Corona Virus.

The author, as an Indian, has rightly discussed how the Indians handled major infectious diseases like Kala-Azar, Plague in the past and how it changed India as a nation. He has also described the glorious past of India and has asked the Indians not to listen to the lobbyists and propagandists whose sole purpose is to destabilize the unity and integrity of India.

Finally, he urges all the nations to put all their ideological and political differences aside and frame out a scientific and practicable fiscal plan to face the challenges the world is going to face in the near future.

About the Author

Sri Dulal Bhattacharya, M.A (Double) B.ED is an experienced teacher having about 40 years of teaching experience in different school and colleges. He was the Assistant Head Master of Kalyan Nagar Vidyapith, Rahara, Kol-700118. He was also a student of the same school. He completed his Degree Course with Hons. from B.K.C. College, Kolkata and after completing his Master’s Degree he served that college as part- time lecturer. He was the Founder Principal of Panihati College and Rector of Panihati Mahavidyalaya for girls. Most of his students are well-placed. He is now 72+, yet still energetic. This book is his first publication and the book deals with Covid-19 Pandemic and its momentous impact upon the globe.
